Article 5 — Plans and pricing
5.1 Free plan
The free plan allows any registered user to access the basic features of the Service, subject to the monthly quota in force (viewable from the user account). Under the free plan, the Service indicates whether an optimized route exists and displays the estimated savings in euros; access to the full details of the optimized route is reserved for paid plans.

5.3 5-trip pack
Five (5) optimized trip credits, priced at €1.99 incl. VAT. Credits do not expire.
5.4 Monthly Premium subscription
Unlimited access (within the monthly Premium quota) to all Service features, including SOS Charger and real-time availability checking, priced at €4.99 incl. VAT per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Prices are stated inclusive of VAT and may change at any time, with 30 days' notice for current subscribers.
Article 6 — Payment terms
All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland). The publisher does not store any payment card data. By making a payment, the user accepts Stripe's terms of use (stripe.com/legal).
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
Under applicable French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), users have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription for any paid offer.
However, under Article L221-28 12° of the Code de la consommation, a user who expressly agrees that performance of the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period waives their right of withdrawal. This waiver is collected at the time of payment via a mandatory checkbox.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (if you have not expressly waived it), send your decision by email to support@voltnavigator.com before the deadline. In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method.
Note: French law applies to all users of this service, regardless of their country of residence.
Article 8 — Termination
8.1 By the user
Users may cancel their Premium subscription at any time from "My profile" > "Manage my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no pro-rata refund.
Users may delete their account by contacting support@voltnavigator.com. Data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2 By the publisher
The publisher may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or refund. If termination is initiated by the publisher without fault on the user's part, amounts paid for the unconsumed period will be refunded.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
The Service, its content (algorithms, interface, texts, charging network data) and the VoltNavigator brand are the exclusive property of the publisher, protected by French intellectual property law. Any reproduction or extraction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Charging station data is sourced from the French national IRVE register (open data Etalab — Open Licence 2.0) and OpenChargeMap.
Article 10 — Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The publisher commits to using all reasonable means to ensure the availability and reliability of the Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Routes and information provided by the Service are indicative. The publisher is not liable for decisions made by users based on this information, nor for damages resulting from a charger being unavailable, a real-time availability error, or an impassable road route.
The publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Article 11 — Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available at voltnavigator.com/en/privacy.html.
Article 12 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, which applies to all users of this service regardless of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via support@voltnavigator.com. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with applicable French consumer law, users may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge. The publisher will provide the name of the relevant mediator upon request at support@voltnavigator.com.
